It's been awhile since I've posted, so I'm sorry to those who keep checking in and there is nothing new to look at. So I'll try and back track a little to what we have been up to.

Moab

We went to Moab for Jason and my 5th year anniversary. It was fun, but we have realized that this has marked the end of our road trips until kids are older. Mackenzie was bored of sitting in the carseat so much driving through Arches National Park and Canyonlands. It was beautiful and great weather. We were dissapointed to learn that dogs aren't allowed in the National Parks and were unable to go on any hikes longer than 30 minutes since we had the dogs in the car. So maybe it wouldn't have been so bad for Mackenzie if we were able to actually be out of the car for longer periods of time. But all in all it was a great trip and much needed vacation. We love the outdoors.

She didn't last long once we were actually on the road she fell asleep within 10 minutes of a 4 hour drive.

Wishing she was taller.

Trying on daddy's socks and shoes while he was away. She thought it was great fun, and that she is such a big girl. (I love the tongue sticking out, such concentration.)

For those of you who never knew Jason's obssession with Mountain Dew, well here you have it - The Shrine.

And finally the drive home.
Mackenzie is ready for bed.

Utah State Fair

We went to the Utah State Fair, parking was awful since we went on the 2nd to last day. It was okay, our favorite part of the fair is really the artwork and the photography sections. And Mackenzie's favorite part was the animals of course.
